1. Website information

Website information is provided for general business and informational purposes. Specific services, scope, pricing, timelines, responsibilities and warranties are established in the applicable proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

2. Service scope

THINKERS TEAM does not guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved remotely or that every third-party system will support a requested integration. Technical work is performed according to the agreed scope and available access.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate legal rights to the systems, accounts and data they authorize us to access and for providing accurate information required to perform the work.

4. Third-party services

Cloud platforms, software vendors, email providers, messaging services and other third parties are governed by their own terms. Changes or outages in third-party systems may affect the service.

5. Online requests

Online contact requests are currently unavailable. Please contact THINKERS TEAM directly by email, phone or Telegram. Work begins only after scope and applicable terms are agreed.
